Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Routine+ regarding your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

By using Routine+, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your account.

2. Description of Service

Routine+ is a productivity tool that allows users to track habits, manage routines, and receive notifications. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

• Billing: Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
• Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, depending on your platform.

4. Advertisements and Tracking Consent

The free version of Routine+ is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to serve ads.

On iOS/iPadOS, Routine+ requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting data used for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising. If permission is not granted, non-personalized ads are shown.

You can manage tracking permissions at any time in your device settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct and Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or to violate any local, state, or international law.
• Disable or circumvent any security-related features of the App.
• Automate the use of the App or use it in a way that damages our servers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its original content, features, UI/UX design, and underlying code, is and will remain the exclusive property of the developer of Routine+. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
