Welcome to Routine+. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a functional and optimized experience, we may collect the following types of information:

• Device Data: Information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and technical identifiers needed to operate the app and diagnose issues.
• Usage Data: Event data about how core app features are used (for example, feature interactions and navigation events).
• App Instance Identifier: An anonymous Firebase Authentication identifier generated to support analytics consistency, subscription/profile linking, and app functionality.
• Crash Reports: Technical logs used to identify and fix app stability and performance issues.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to power specific app functionalities. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Analytics: Used to analyze engagement and feature usage in aggregate form.
• Firebase Authentication (Anonymous): Used to create an anonymous app instance identity for app-level functionality.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Used for monitoring app stability and troubleshooting crashes.
• Google AdMob: Used to display in-app advertisements.

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Advertising

On iOS/iPadOS, Routine+ requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting data used for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising.

• If permission is granted, ads may be personalized where applicable.
• If permission is denied (or not granted), we use non-personalized ads.
• You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

4. Push Notifications

Routine+ uses push notifications to send you reminders for your scheduled tasks and important updates. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device's system settings.

5. Data Use, Sharing, Retention, and Security

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above to operate, analyze, support, and monetize the app (ads), in line with this policy. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. Data is retained only as long as needed for app operation, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA and similar laws)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. You may also object to certain processing activities and withdraw consent where applicable.
